CSS EXPERIENCE IN 2024

MONDAY, 08 JANUARY 2024. In a small village, there lived a group of people who were close-knit and cared about the health of their village members. They formed an institution that became the center of attention for community welfare, known as Posyandu. Posyandu, or what is better known as Integrated Service Post, is not just a health place. This is a place where every villager can feel warmth and care from each other. Initially, this Posyandu only consisted of a few mothers who had a passion for improving the health of their families. However, as time went by, more and more people joined, motivated by the increasing success of the Posyandu.

POSYANDU ELDERLY. There is a Posyandu specifically dedicated to the elderly. An atmosphere of peace and love surrounds the small space where the elderly gather. Posyandu for the Elderly, as they call it, is not just a place for routine health checks, but also a second home for seniors who live their days with meaning. welcoming the elderly with warm smiles, ten November Vocational School students who are ready to help. 

Every day, they get together for various activities that not only support physical health, but also mental and social health. Their life stories are an inseparable part of the Posyandu Elderly's journey. In the Posyandu for the Elderly, there is a small room decorated with memorable photos, depicting the life journey of each elderly person. They share stories, experiences and wisdom, creating a close bond of togetherness between them. 

There was laughter, there were stories, there was support for each other at every stage of their lives. Through various activities such as elderly exercise, blood pressure, weigh-ins, and medication distribution, the Elderly Posyandu becomes a place where every day becomes meaningful. Not only that, the elderly also gain a deeper understanding of the importance of maintaining health, eating well, and how to overcome the challenges they may face. 

This story will take us to know the figures behind Posyandu for the Elderly, seeing how they work together to build a community that respects and celebrates life in old age. Together with them, we will dive into the warmth of Posyandu for the Elderly, a place where love and care never fade.... the next day the exact date Thursday 11 January 2024 coincides with the mental health posyandu schedule Posyandu Jiwa, a community health initiative, is present in a beautiful small village in the middle of rice fields. 

This Posyandu not only focuses on physical health, but is also a place where village residents can share their emotional and emotional burdens seek psychological support. Health workers are not only trained in physical examinations, but also in simple counseling approaches. 

Every month, village residents gather at Posyandu Jiwa to discuss various problems, ranging from the stress of living life to spiritual burdens. Health workers listen empathetically, provide support and offer practical advice. Posyandu Jiwa is also a place for activities to improve mental health, such as light meditation, testing body temperature, and providing free medication. The Posyandu Jiwa initiative not only creates physical health, but also has a positive impact on the mental and mental health of village communities.

A cheerful atmosphere always pervades this small space, where mothers lovingly bring their children for special attention. In every corner, colorful toys and walls decorated with cheerful paintings create a fun environment for children. 

Then Ten November Vocational School students with hearts full of love taught mothers about healthy eating patterns, stimulating children's development, and how to maintain cleanliness. Every month, Posyandu Balita becomes a place where parents and children share happiness, grow together and learn together. Posyandu Balita, depicts funny and precious moments between mothers, children and SMK students ten November.
