Organization And Proposal Making

Sidoarjo, August 7 2022 at 6 pm. It has been carried out for Sharing Session activities related to the Organization and How to prepare a Proposal for the event. Yunita Windriana a student of Narotama University implemented KKN in Ganggangpanjang village was the speaker. This activity was carried out at the Arca Dsn. Luwung Ds. Ganggangpanjang Kec. Take care of Sidoarjo. The target of this activity is the Youth of the Ds.Ganggangpanjang Mosque. The situation in this activity is relaxed but still focused on educational topics.

Sharing Session is packaged in a relaxed form so that it can easily carry out two-way communication. Sharing information in the form of fun education. The first topic is brought in a general scope. For example, the question related to whether the Youth Mosque knows what an organization is, has or is currently following an organization either at school or outside of school, has ever held an event at the organization or not. Then proceed to how they have carried out the event. That's where you can also find out about the understanding of the proposal. What is its structure, content, and purpose in it? So that it can be formed or the implementation of the desired event. Lots of feedback between speaker and listener and active each other to ask and answer.

Besides being given education related to proposals, it is also given for various examples of proposals in carrying out events. Both in the form of simple events to large events that carry the name of the agency. Examples include community service activities through music, University Student Management Skills Training, and ways to get sponsors from other parties. And explained in detail the important parts that must be implemented and known in carrying out an activity, which will ultimately lead to accountability. In other cases, it explains the experience of the speaker's organization and provides information related to educational information and other organizations. Until the end of the fun event, a group photo was taken to close the Sharing Session.
