My First Community Service Activity in Luwung Hamle

I am a 6th semester student who is doing KKN in Ganggang Panjang Village, Luwung Hamlet. I served as the second secretary, I prepared attendance for guests and student colleagues besides that I also helped the consumption department. I stayed at one of the residents' houses, namely Mr. Pandu. On Friday, my partner and I were given the task of attending the weekly household meetings at the homes of RT, 5, 6, 7 and 8. The results of each RT meeting were conveyed to the Scouts. Sunday, August 7, I held an opening attended by villagers in Arco. Preparations for the opening took place at 6.00 am. I prepared the place with the help of my friends, some of them took the equipment at the village hall, some of them cleaned the acro area. The opening ceremony starts at 10.00 WIB.

After the opening of the Community Service Program was over, my colleague and I planted the toga which was held around the arco. This activity is an effort from the dedication of my colleagues and I to help residents who are holding a competition called "SIDO RESIK" which is being held in several villages and Luwung hamlet is one of the participants who take part in this competition. In this activity, I had an interesting experience because I had never farmed before. The next activity, my colleague and I conducted an education on the proposal submitted by my friend, Yunita. This education was attended by the youth of Luwung village, in this activity my colleagues and I invited the youth of Luwung village, how to make a proposal correctly. The youth of Luwung village are very enthusiastic about the material we provide, this material can be used later for events in the village which coincide with the August 17 event. This educational activity ends at 17.00 WIB

After all the activities were done, my partner and I went back to cleaning Arco. KKN activities run smoothly. We returned to Pak Pandu's house at 6 pm. After that, my colleagues and I discussed the results of today's activities, thank God, with all the team's cohesion, the opening of the Community Service Program went smoothly and was greeted enthusiastically by the residents of Luwung hamlet. After the evaluation, my colleague and I cleaned Pak Pandu's house and prepared to return to Surabaya. I returned to Surabaya at 7 pm.
